How to Become a Corporate Partner
There are three ways to get your product in front of military consumers. Commercial sponsorships can be arranged through solicited or unsolicited procedures.
  • Solicited Sponsorships
Under the solicited program, Air Education and Training Command (AETC) will announce upcoming major events available for sponsorship in various trade publications. Proposals are then solicited from various commercial companies.

  • Unsolicited Sponsorships
Unsolicited sponsorships may be done for programs and special events developed by the sponsor and offered to the military as a program to enhance existing morale and welfare programs. Interested businesses may also indicate their interest in sponsoring a future event conducted by Services.

Interested sponsors can submit unsolicited proposals by contacting:

e-mail to: Sponsorship Liaison at AETCSV

  • Advertising Sales
Advertising space is available for many AETC Service publications. Ad space may be available for calendars, activity directories, golf and bowling score sheets, electronic marquees and as inserts in mailings sent to Services activities patrons. For assistance in placing advertising in Services publications at the base level, contact your liaison at: Sponsorship Liaison at AETCSV

  • Donations
Government organizations may not solicit donations, the offer must be initiated by the donor. If you wish to make a donation to the military morale and welfare activities Services representatives will help prepare the required donation letters. Corporations that desire recognition of their donation may be happier with doing a commercial sponsorship agreement which allows for much more recognition of the corporate partner than a donations does.
